Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor who is known for her performances in a variety of genres in film television and theater. Her work was recognized with numerous awards, including her Daytime Emmy Award as well as the National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress born on May 25th 1969, and died on august 11th, 2022. She first gained recognition for her roles for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Later in the 90s, she became more prominent with the role in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actor from America. She is most well-known for playing the role of Lieutenant Sheba from the 1978-1979 TV series Battlestar Galactica. Her mother is the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress when her career began. Her first role was in the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were made for the film's short documentary. Mother and daughter spent many hours together in the set, and learning about the industry. Lockhart was even in several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was Lockhart's first film. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. The show was Joan's final performance on stage. Anne was reported to have turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween-themed thriller) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the part. Carpenter claims that the actress was on his list to play the character, but that she rejected the offer. Anne does not recall ever having been offered the role from John Carpenter or being offered the position. Her agent may have declined the offer for her, but not even known. Glen Larson chose her initially and sent her a preliminarily written script. The role she would take was in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired from 1978. The actress initially refused the part because the character didn't seem robust. Glen created a brand new role for her, using Sheba as a stronger character. After having read the first 25 pages of the script The Living Legend she accepted instantly. The series lasted one season. She appeared in Joyride in a film from 1977 with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and alongside Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared in a co-production with Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
