Dina was born in Forest Hills Queens and raised there. She moved to Dix Hills Long Island before the close of her senior year in high school. Her sister is younger of Gregory as well as an older brother, named Evan. It was her first position within the business. It was her first job from age nine to sixteen. Her career in acting began with The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She studied Sanford Meisner's methods alongside Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors to receive this kind of education. When she moved into Los Angeles, she got her first role in Beverly Hills, 90210. Within the following couple of months, she was offered the part of Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was in charge for almost all the stunts and showed herself to be an accomplished actress. The agency she was represented by was Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to land a regular role on Friends.
